Welcome to Chris Coaching AuDHD. My name is Chris Beames. I'm an AuDHD Coach, Content Creator and Freelance Lecturer with over 10 years' experience teaching in further education colleges here in the UK.

There are a lot of great coaches out there, but as a person with AuDHD myself, I know it can be difficult to choose the right coach for your specific needs. Sometimes it’s not clear what coaching is, how much it costs, or who it’s really for. So, to make things easier, let’s answer those questions up front.

What my coaching is:

I offer a choice of three highly structured, psychoeducational coaching programmes. Each programme is made up of 10 one-to-one online coaching sessions delivered via video chat.

How much my coaching costs:

My coaching programmes cost £1000, with the option to pay in two instalments.

Who my coaching is for:

My coaching is for adults who identify as having ADHD, low-support-needs Autism, or both (AuDHD). You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me. However, my approach is particularly suited to people who feel they would benefit from coaching delivered through an AuDHD-informed lens, as this is my area of lived experience and focus.

The aim of my coaching is not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself more clearly. Together, we work towards building self-compassion, developing a language for your experiences, and creating practical ways to recognise and honour your needs.
