Overview
Welcome to the training section of Chris Coaching AuDHD.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I provide neurodiversity training for businesses, colleges, schools and other organisations. This section of the website is designed for organisations looking to build a better understanding of ADHD, Autism and AuDHD through practical, evidence-informed staff training.
Whether you're taking your first steps towards greater neurodiversity awareness or looking to build on existing knowledge, the aim is the same: to increase understanding, reduce unnecessary barriers and create environments where neurodivergent people have the opportunity to thrive.
Why I Offer Training
Many workplaces and educational settings want to better support neurodivergent people but are often left wondering where to begin.
I developed these workshops to bridge the gap between understanding and practice. Rather than focusing on awareness alone, each session combines psychology, lived experience and coaching to help participants understand why challenges arise and explore practical strategies that can be applied in everyday workplaces and learning environments.
The goal isn't to lower expectations. It's to reduce unnecessary barriers so people have a fair opportunity to perform, learn and contribute at their best.
Who the Training Is For
The training is designed for businesses, colleges, schools and other organisations that want to create more neurodiversity-friendly environments.
Workshops are suitable for managers, team leaders, teaching staff, support staff and wider staff teams. Whether you're introducing neurodiversity awareness for the first time or building on existing knowledge, sessions can be tailored to suit the needs of your organisation.
How the Training Works
I currently offer two training portfolios:
- Business Training Workshops.
- Education Training Workshops.
Each portfolio contains 10 standalone workshops that can be delivered individually or combined to create a bespoke training programme tailored to your organisation.

Business Training
Support your organisation with practical workshops designed to improve understanding of ADHD, Autism and AuDHD in the workplace.
Explore a portfolio of 10 standalone workshops covering topics such as executive functioning, communication, burnout, sensory needs, recruitment and creating more neurodiversity-friendly workplaces.
Education Training
Equip teaching and support staff with practical strategies for understanding and supporting neurodivergent learners.
Explore a portfolio of 10 standalone workshops covering topics such as executive functioning, masking, emotional regulation, sensory differences, inclusive teaching and creating more neurodiversity-friendly learning environments.
Pricing & Travel
Each training portfolio is made up of 10 standalone workshops. Each workshop can be booked individually or combined with other workshops to create a bespoke training programme tailored to your organisation's needs.
Online workshops are charged at a flat rate of £495 per session and can be delivered using your organisation's preferred video conferencing platform (such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom).
In-person workshops are available by quotation. My usual service area is South East Wales, although I may be able to travel further depending on your organisation's requirements. Fees are agreed individually to reflect travel time, location, and the scope of the training.

About the Trainer
My name is Chris Beames. I'm an AuDHD Coach, Freelance Lecturer and Content Creator with over 10 years' experience working in further education.
Alongside my professional experience, I also have lived experience of ADHD and Autism (AuDHD). This combination of teaching, coaching and lived experience shapes every workshop I deliver, allowing me to combine evidence-informed understanding with practical strategies that organisations can apply in everyday workplaces and educational settings.
My aim is to provide training that is engaging, accessible and focused on creating meaningful, sustainable change.
