ADHD, Autism & AuDHD Business Training Workshops

Business Training Workshops

Supporting ADHD, Autism & AuDHD
in the Workplace

Why These Workshops Exist

Creating a neurodiversity-friendly workplace starts with understanding.

Many organisations want to better support employees with ADHD, Autism and AuDHD but are often left wondering where to begin. I developed these workshops to bridge the gap between understanding and practice, helping organisations move beyond awareness and towards meaningful, sustainable change.

Each workshop combines psychology, lived experience and coaching to explore the experiences of neurodivergent employees while providing practical strategies that can be applied in everyday workplaces. The aim is to reduce unnecessary barriers, strengthen workplace understanding and help create environments where people have the opportunity to perform at their best.

Who These Workshops Are For

These workshops are designed for businesses and organisations that want to develop a greater understanding of ADHD, Autism and AuDHD in the workplace.

Sessions are suitable for managers, team leaders, HR professionals and wider staff teams. Whether your organisation is beginning its neurodiversity journey or building on existing knowledge, workshops can be selected to reflect your team's priorities and current level of experience.

How the Workshops Work

I currently offer a portfolio of 10 standalone business training workshops.

Each workshop focuses on a different aspect of supporting neurodivergent employees and can be delivered individually or combined to create a bespoke training programme tailored to your organisation's needs.
