What to Expect
If you are anything like me, it helps to know what is coming and what to expect before starting something new.
This page is here to give you a clear picture of how the coaching process works, so you can feel more prepared and at ease before getting started.
The Basics
All coaching sessions are conducted online.
To take part, you will need:
• a mobile phone
• WhatsApp
• access to email
• a computer to sit at during sessions
We meet on WhatsApp, using either voice or video call depending on what you feel most comfortable with.
During each session, we both have our computers open so we can work through the session worksheet together.
You are not expected to do any reading or writing.
The worksheets are there to guide the session. I will talk you through the key ideas, and we will use that as a starting point to explore how those ideas apply to your experience.
Everyone receives the same core material. What makes the coaching personal is how we apply it to you, your patterns, and your situation.
Getting Started
1. Join the Waiting List
I work with a small number of clients at a time to keep things sustainable.
If you would like to be contacted, the first step is to join my email waiting list.
2. Consultation
When a space becomes available, I will contact you to offer a free consultation.
This gives you the chance to see if I feel like the right fit for you, and it allows me to check whether my coaching approach matches what you are looking for.
3. Coaching Agreement
If we both feel it is a good fit, I will send you a coaching agreement to review and sign.
This includes important details about the programme, fees, payment options, the cooling-off period, and how your data will be handled.
4. Payment
Once you confirm that you have read and agree to the coaching agreement, I will send payment details via BACS.
5. Appointment Confirmation
Once payment has been received, I will confirm your first session date.
From there, we begin the process together.
